   There are companies who do this, but they will charge betwen 30/35% interest to you, which is £35 for every £100 they lend you in interest.

   Loan sharks. Interest rates run about 600-700% on payday loans (if you have a job). Loan sharks can charge more. No wonder you have stinking credit – you cannot borrow money at those sorts of interest rates and be able to pay your bills. You are in desperate need of the simplest facts of financial education: put money away into your reserves FIRST, then pay for necessities, and never spend money you do not have.

   "Such as Ex-Bankrupts and/or paid and unpaid defaults" The odds of you repaying debt is very low. You will be stuck with payday loan type lenders.
